RE: IaCHP- and IREC CEU-Rated (Realtor CEU) Classes
Payment & Privacy Policies
Our School offers Iowa Certified Housing Professional (IaCHP) credits only to members. At nearly all IaCHP classes, we offer Continuing Education Units (CEU's) approved by the Iowa Real Estate Commission (IREC).
When now offer CEU's (approved for Real Estate Licensee CEU's, for property managers and REALTORS(tm) to the general public, as well as to members. Please see our membership info page to learn about memberships.
Payment in full is due at the time of registration. We accept payment by credit card (MC/V/D/Amex), check, cash, Venmo, and Paypal. Fees include course material in addition to course tuition. A digital certificate will be provided upon successful completion, if not a printed copy. Classes are offered first come, first served.
Refund Policy
In the event of a request for a refund prior to commencement of class, IaREIA shall refund 100% of course fees when requested at least two(2) days prior to the start of a class. In the event class census exceeds the class minimum, and a refund request was made less than 2-days prior to start of class, we will refund 75%. Once a class starts, there are no refunds.
We reserve the right to cancel a class which does not meet the minimum required census (5 attendees for 1/2 day and 10 attendees for full-day) 3-days prior to the class.
If there is inclement weather or a disaster creating a need to cancel a class due to safety concerns, we will reschedule the class as soon as possible, and within 60 days of the previously scheduled date. Or, if we cannot find a date that is mutually agreeable with a preregistered student, we will refund 100% of the course fee.
